REAL-TIME IN-SITU QUALITY ASSURANCE
Through our partnership with Additive Assurance, PRIME Tech provides advanced in-situ monitoring for Laser Powder Bed Fusion. AMiRIS® captures every layer and generates real-time quality insights, including a full 3D defect map for each component. We use the most capable monitoring technology available to reduce reliance on costly post-process inspection, especially for large and complex parts.
